Each listing shows its departure point and any boarding notes from the operator. Arrive with time to find your coach.

Where is my ticket after I pay?

It is issued instantly with its own QR code and saved under My tickets in your account. You will also get a confirmation by email.

How do I pay?

At checkout you can pay with Telebirr, Chapa or a Visa or Mastercard card. Prices are in Ethiopian Birr, and fees are shown before you confirm.

Can I get a refund?

Each listing shows its refund policy before you buy. Requests are made from your order in My orders.
